"Wow! I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service from Bev and Laura at this State Farm agency. My wife and I have had the same insurance for 15 years (through a different company) and every renewal cycle, for the last four renewals in a row, our insurance has increased dramatically (and we have zero incidents). Finally, my wife and I decided to start looking around, and a coworker told me he was insured through Bev Cundiff, and to contact his agency. WOW I am glad we did. Not only are we saving money, which was the initial reason for switching insurance, but after meeting Bev and Laura, we feel like we are part of the family. We could not have asked for more friendly and professional service. "Like a good neighbor/friend, Bev Cundiff is there. After my wife was hit by another driver, we called Bev to ensure we collected all necessary information related to the accident. We wanted to be certain we did everything we could to make sure things were handled appropriately. He answered on the 2nd ring. After I explained what had happened and asked him the questions I had, his first comment was making sure my wife was okay and that she wasn't hurt from the accident. Unexpected and most appreciated. It gave us an incredible peace of mind knowing Bev was there and walked us through all the important steps we should take while waiting for the police report. It's only been a day after the accident, and Bev has quickly responded to our all additional questions that have come up as we navigate the claim process with the other driver's insurance company. We can't recommend Bev enough. You may be thinking, "I already have insurance so switching would be a hassle." We switched from another provider to get State Farm with Bev, and we are so grateful that we did."
